Medsbit - Terms of Service

The Terms of Use applies to your use of Medsbit (‘’the app’’) owned by Flowindesk, SL(‘’we’’ or ‘’us’’). Any reference of ‘’you’’ refers to any user of the App. Any reference of "purchase(s)" refers to any in-app purchase or subscription in the app. By using the App you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document and our Privacy Policy.

1. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App can include in-app purchases. These purchases are recurring payments that give the user access to additional features in the App. 'Premium', is a subscription service that provides the user with additional access to content in the App. By using the App you acknowledge the difference between the two payment types and that you are fully responsible for managing any in-app purchases & subscriptions.

If you are under the age of 18 you must have a parents or guardians permission to make any purchase. Confirming a purchase means you have their expressed permission. We are not liable for any user under the age of 18 completing a purchase without permission. For information on refunds please see '2. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations'.

If a purchase is not successful or does not give access to the content intended or advertised, once the transaction has been successful, then after we become aware of the issue or being notified of the issue by you, we will investigate the reason for the fault. We will reasonably decide whether to provide you with an alternative, if one is available, or issue a fix in order to repair the fault within a reasonable time period. In no event will we charge you anything further to replace or repair a purchase or the content from a purchase. In the unlikely event that we are unable to replace or repair the relevant purchase or the content within a reasonable period of time, we will authorize the App Store Provider to refund you an amount up to the cost of the relevant purchase. Alternatively, if you wish to request a refund, you may do so by contacting the App Store Provider directly.

You acknowledge and agree that all billing and transaction processes are handled by the App Store Provider from whose platform you downloaded the App and are governed by the App Store Provider’s terms and conditions/EULA. If you have any payment related issues with purchases, then you need to contact the App Store Provider directly.

2. Payment, Refunds & Cancelations

When you have selected a subscription service in the App, it will be active for the duration advertised and will renew automatically. Payment will be charged to your App Store Provider Account at confirmation of purchase. You will be charged for renewal 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your account settings after your purchase. If you purchased a subscription through the App Store Provider and are eligible for a refund, you will have to request it directly from them. To request a refund, follow the instructions from Apple or Google Play.

3. Licence Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the App and any and all content, features, materials and information made available via the App (including any purchases) are owned by and shall remain owned by us or our licensors at all times.

The App belongs to us and any data in the App is correctly licensed and acknowledged in the App or in our Privacy Policy. You do not own the App or any content you purchase within the App. You hereby acknowledge therefore that you are only allowed to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial, purposes in accordance with these Terms and the App Store Provider's terms. You are not allowed to copy or distribute the App. You are not allowed to interfere with the normal workings of the App, this includes but is not limited to the following: decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify or create derivative works from the App or any updates or any part thereof. Notwithstanding these restrictions, any open source software components included, acknowledged or used in the App will continue to be governed by the terms on which such open source software components are generally made available to the public by the relevant open source licensing entity.

4. App Maintenance & Support

We are solely responsible for the App, including the development, maintenance and support. If you experience an issue in the App, please do contact us to let us know so we can try and fix it. We will try to fix any issue raised with us but we are not liable if it is not possible to do so.

All data in the App is supplied by Third-Party providers as listed under '5. Disclaimer and so data may be subject to sudden change or may be stopped from being delivered to the App at any time, thereby limiting the intended use of the App. You understand that this may happen and any sudden change or discontinuing of data to the App is possible and is out of the control from us, the developers.
